“I began to train with Harrison Kuehn at Diablo Physical Therapy almost exactly a year ago. Due to complications from a left hip replacement and a subsequent revision, I am unable to do many of my previous exercises, Despite this, I have always tried to exercise as much as possible not only to remain strong but also to strengthen areas I am deficient in and to learn the best way for me to go about life as normally as possibly. I can't stress enough how much Harrison has helped me. He has an endless number of new exercises that I do and sessions are always fun and informative. He knows all the muscles, ligaments, tendons and how it all works together. In March sadly the clinic closed due to Covid. I was so disappointed that I would not be able to continue training with him. I really need a great trainer so that I do things correctly. It makes all the difference. I don't think we missed more than two weeks before I got a call and an offer to continue training on Zoom. We do everything we did in the clinic.
