After a thorough assessment, I identify functional deficiencies and faulty movement patterns in order to create a plan to provide maximum benefit for each client. 

Attention to detail is paramount throughout my training, and my knowledge and understanding of biomechanics and human movement translate into low-risk high-reward results. 

EDUCATION IS KEY! Understanding the "What" and "Why" for every exercise is an important part of each client's experience.
